FR ADD-50 decease Smoke density

Recently, we found adding FR ADD-50 can reduce the smoke density.
To meet difficult smoke density standard such as BS2D0, FR ADD-50 is very effective flame retardant for this.

FR ADD50 adoped by PVC sheet

One of largest Korean PVC Sheet manufacturer has successfully tested 50% replacement of ATO in their PVC sheet.
LOI and flame retardant test were passed.

Even ATO price dropped, still FR ADD50 price is less than half.

This is another success story of FR ADD50 except PVC wire and cable & TPV.

Also, new grade, FR ADD50V2 passed UL-94 V-2 test in PE compound.

Antimony trioxide replace or substitue

Antimony trioxide(ATO) price is now headache for all user.
FOB China price is about 15000USD/MT.

When ATO is used as a flame retardant in plastic, the loading amount is not really big.
But, even though small amound, the users have high burden.

ATO has no bright future since it is considered as toxic chemical, but still important and large consumption.

I found there is antimony trioxide replacement, which can partially replace ATO in PVC and other plastics up to 50%.
